A safe, fun and inclusive environment.
Safeguarding is not just a policy link. It affects how youth information is shown publicly, how coaches and volunteers behave, and how concerns are handled.
We aim to provide football sessions where children feel safe, included and able to enjoy the game.
Youth information, squad visibility and internal records are handled with safeguarding and privacy in mind.
Families, players, coaches and staff should have a simple route to raise welfare concerns with the club.
Players, parents, coaches and volunteers are expected to behave in a way that protects the environment around the game.

Choose the right response.
Different issues need different levels of urgency. The most important thing is that welfare concerns are not ignored.
Immediate danger
If someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services first. Do not wait for a club response.
Safeguarding concern
Use the contact route and clearly state that the message is safeguarding related so it can be prioritised.
Conduct issue
If the issue is behaviour, communication or matchday conduct, use the complaints route or code of conduct.
Send it to the right place.
Safeguarding Concern

Behaviour Standards

Formal Complaint
Use the complaints page when something needs formal attention or follow-up from the club.
