Club Standards

Code of conduct.

Junction Elite expects everyone connected to the club to help create a respectful, ambitious and safe football environment.

Expected Standards

What good looks like.

These expectations apply across training, matches, club events, online communication and any setting where someone is representing Junction Elite.

Players

Represent the badge

Show effort, respect, commitment and responsibility. Listen to coaches, support teammates and respect opponents, officials and venues.

Parents & Guardians

Support the environment

Encourage players positively, respect coaching decisions, avoid pressure from the touchline and help keep football safe and enjoyable.

Coaches & Staff

Lead the standards

Deliver sessions with care, organisation, fairness and strong standards. Communication with players and families should be appropriate and professional.

Matchdays

Protect the reputation

Respect referees, opponents, host clubs and facilities. Junction Elite should be represented properly before, during and after every fixture.

Everyday Behaviour

Simple things that protect the culture.

A strong club culture is built through the small moments: touchline behaviour, group chats, training attitude and how people deal with disagreement.

1

Encourage players without abusing officials, opponents or other spectators.

2

Keep communication respectful, especially in group chats and public spaces.

3

Raise concerns through the right club route rather than on the touchline.

4

Protect youth players' privacy and avoid sharing sensitive information publicly.

5

Challenge poor behaviour calmly and involve the club where support is needed.

6

Remember that every team reflects the wider Junction Elite identity.

When Standards Slip

Raise issues through the right route.

The aim is to deal with problems calmly and properly. Concerns should not be left to build up on the touchline, in group chats or across social media.

Urgent Or Safeguarding?

Do not wait on a conduct conversation.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first. If the concern involves child welfare or safeguarding, make that clear straight away.
